Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau mit viel Fachwerk und besteht aus Küche, Wohn/Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad und ist voll möbliert. Als Zwischenmieter müsstest du nicht viel mitbringen, alle lebenswichtigen Utensilien sind vorhanden - vom Geschirr bis zur Waschmaschine.
Zum Bahnhof sind es 10 Fußminuten und dort fährt tatsächlich ausreichend oft ein Zug - Pendeln nach Friedrichshafen ist also kein Problem.
Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind verhandelbar, bis Ende Dezember ginge z.B. auch. Die Miete versteht sich als Warmmiete von 700 Euro.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung während meines Auslandaufenthaltes an einen Menschen, der gut auf sie aufpasst :)
