Liebe Interessierte,
ich suche Nachmieter für eine 2 Raumwohnung in der Otto- Lilienthal Straße ( Merseburg West).
Die Wohnfläche beträgt 42 m2 und besteht aus 2 Zimmern mit Balkon ( und einem Abstellraum im Keller). Die beiden Zimmer sind durch einen Flur abgetrennt, und somit auch als WG geeignet.
Die Grundmiete liegt bei 240 Euro mit 100 Euro Nebenkosten. Die Lage ist ruhig mit sehr netten Nachbarn ( hatte nie Probleme), auch wenn man mal lauter war.
Der Hochschulweg beträgt mit Fahrrad ca. 5 min. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist ab April übergabebereit.
