ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Mönchengladbach (Pesch).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und ist ca 50-55m2 groß.
Ich habe 2,5 Jahre als Student in dieser Wohnung gewohnt und es besteht die Möglichkeit folgende Einrichtung mit an den Nachmieter zu übergeben.
- Küche incl. E-Geräte (Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spühlmaschine(45cm), Dunstabzugshaube)
- Küchentisch mit 3 Barhockern
- Schlafzimmerschrank
- Badezimmereinrichtung
- Couch & Wohnzimmertisch
Die Wohnung könnte ab dem 01.03.2019 bezogen werden.
Auf der EG-Ebene befindet sich ein Friseursalon und ein Kiosk. 50Meter entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung zum MG HBF. Hier fahren die Linien 05 und 06.
Außerdem sind Sparkasse, Edeka und Aldi fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Hochschule Niederrhein ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Fahrrad kann im Innenhof abgestellt werden.
