Hallo da draußen,
ich ziehe um und suche ab dem 1. März einen Nachmieter für eine helle, freundliche Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist 52 Quadratmeter groß und hat 2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Flur, Kammer, Keller und Balkon (Nachmittags- und Abendsonne). Die Küche plus Waschmaschine müssen für 400 Euro abgelöst werden. Möbel können teilweise auch abgelöst werden, je nach Bedarf. Die Kaution beträgt 3 Kaltmieten, also 1.890 Euro.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im achten Stock. Keine Sorge, es gibt auch einen Fahrstuhl. Küche und Bad sind mit Fenster.
Besonders für Leute in der Medienbranche ist die Lage interessant, da es bis nach Unterföhring/Ismaning nur 5 bis 7 S-Bahn-Minuten sind. Aber auch in die Stadt sind es nur 15 Minuten. Die S-Bahn (Englschalking) fährt auch noch ziemlich spät, da es die Flughafen-Linie ist.
REWE, Penny und Lidl sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Genauso wie eine Post, Apotheke, Bäcker, Rossmann, Sparkasse und Friseur. In der Nähe gibt es auch ein Schwimmbad (Cosima Wellenbad) und zum Joggen ist das Gebiet auch super geeignet.
Nachdem ein Besichtigungstermin vereinbart und abgehalten wurde, bekommt ihr die Kontaktdaten vom Vermieter. Mit ihm würdet ihr dann alles weitere besprechen. Ich beantworte eure Fragen gerne schon vorab oder aber direkt beim Termin. Ich freu mich auf eure Emails.
