I am subleasing my flat for a temporary and short period of 2 weeks. The flat is for one person only.
I just moved into this flat before going abroad to visit family during this time, so it is not fully furnished yet, but there is a full kitchen, bed, and dresser.
The kitchen is separate from the main room and office room. Large balcony on the 6th floor overlooking the courtyard and very quiet. There are two bus stops and trams, only 1 and 2 minutes away. The elevator is accessible.
The Isar is also 1-2 minutes away, as well as the REWE, and bakery. The English Garten can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
I prefer to rent to someone that is working or is a student, and non-smoker.
