ZWISCHENMIETE: DACHGESCHOSSWOHNUNG MIT SÜDBALKON IN MITTERSENDLING

Servus zusammen,

ich bin 4 Wochen nicht in München und biete meine 2-Zimmerwohnung während dieser Zeit zur Zwischenmiete an. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Mittersendling ist in etwa 2 min erreichbar. Ebenfalls gut angebunden die BOB für Ausflüge in die Berge... :)
Das Haus ist 4 Jahre alt und liegt in einem beruhigten Familienviertel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 2 Minuten zu, ein Park in 3 Minuten und die Isar in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Wohnung hat einen Südbalkon welcher den kompletten Tag über Sonne abbekommt. Solange das Wetter gut ist, kann man den ganzen Tag darauf verbringen. Der Balkon geht in einen Innenhof - der Grill steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet inklusive Wlan, Küchenutensilien, Espressomaschine + Wasch- und Trockenmaschine
Des weiteren sind Pflanzen in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon, die sich über Wasser in meiner Abwesenheit freuen würden ;)

Ab min drei Wochen während der angegeben Zeitraums, vermiete ich die Wohung. Angegebener Preis ist für die komplette Zeit und wird dementsprechend angepasst

I am not in Munich for at least 4 weeks and offer my 2 room apartment during this time. S-Bahn Mittersendling is about 2 min away. Also well connected the BOB for trips to the mountains... :)
Shopping is 2 minutes away, a park is 3 minutes away and the Isar River is about 15 minutes away on foot.
The house is 4 years old and is located in a quiet family neighborhood.
The apartment has a south balcony which gets the complete day sun. As long as the weather is good, you can spend the whole day on it. The balcony faces a courtyard - the barbecue is also available.
The apartment is fully equipped including wifi, kitchen utensils, espresso machine + washing and drying machine.
Furthermore, plants are in the apartment and on the balcony, which would be happy about water in my absence ;)

From min three weeks during the specified period, I rent the apartment. Indicated price is for the complete time and will be adjusted accordingly
