I am looking to sublet my room starting 15.07.2021 for 3 months, with a possibility to extend to 6 months or longer.
The cost for the room is 400€ per month which is inclusive of all other costs (electricity, water, heat, internet, etc.) The room is small, hower it has a bed, a computer desk / chair, and some shelves & dresser space for clothes and other items.
The flat is a 2 person WG, with a large living room, a decent sized kitchen (a refrigerator for each person), and a good sized balcony facing west which is nice for having sunlight throughout the entire day. The shower & sink are separate from the toilet which is nice when both people need to use either.
I am a non-smoker, therefore I'm looking for a non-smoking person to sublet to.
You will be sharing the flat with my flatmate (28, male) who is very friendly and enjoys doing things together such as cooking or playing sports.
The flat is located less than 10 minutes walk to the Frankfurter Ring (U2) U-Bahn station which also provides convenient access to the U3/U6 lines. Across the street are many buses which connect well to the city in multiple directions. It is a short bike ride to Luitpold park, Olympic Park, as well as the Isar in the other direction. For people interested in fitness there are McFit and Clever Fit gyms 5 minutes away with the bike, or a boxing/fitness studio directly across the street. There are many supermarkets (REWE, Edeka, Norma, Lidl, Aldi, V-Markt) all close to the apartment.
