Auf Grund meines Umzugs suche ich ab 01. Juli 2021 einen Nachmieter für meine helle Dachgeschosswohnung in Neuhausen direkt an der Schulstraße.
Die Maisonette Wohnung hat insgesamt 45 m2 (EBK und Wohnbereich unten, Schlafbereich und Badezimmer mit Wanne und Fenster oben) und befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Lift. Die Wohnung ist super schön, sehr hell, gut isoliert im Winter und trotz Dachgeschoss nicht zu heiß im Sommer. Haustiere sind hier erlaubt. Kellerabteil ist vorhanden.
Die Miete beträgt 1.090 Euro im Monat kalt. An den Nachmieter würde ich gerne für 800 Euro mein Bett inkl. Matratze und meine Waschmaschine ablösen.
