Die Wohung hat ingesamt 56qm. Teilt sich auf in ein Zimmer 18qm, ein Zimmer 15qm, Küche 12qm, Bad 6qm und Flur 5qm (siehe Grundriss). Top Verkehrsanbindung (Tramlinie 15,25,17 + Nachttram) U-Bahn (U2), Bus alles in MAX!! 5 Min. erreichbar, S-Bahn (Rosenheimer Platz) nur 2 Tramstationen entfernt). Viele kleine Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Umgebung (siehe Googlemaps).
Liegt zwar an der Straße (eben Stadt), aber bei geschlossenem Fenster stört das nicht und erst recht nicht zu dieser Jahreszeit. :-).
Zimmer 2 wird komplett leer, Möbel aus Küche, Bad und Zimmer 1 bleiben (Absprache erforderlich)
Ich selbst Beginne ab Februar mit meinem Referendariat, muss also die Stadt wechseln und suche deshalb für 6 Monate einen Zwischenmieter.
