Ich bin für den ganzen August weg und suche gerne ein Paar oder eine Frau zur Zwischenmiete. Die super schöne helle Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht! Die Küche ist völlig funktonsfähig und ausgestattet, auf dem schönen Balkon kann man sich eine Pause gönnen mit tollen Ausblick in den Hinterhof. Eine eigene Waschmachine ist auch vorhanden. Mir ist es schon sehr wichtig, dass die Wohnung ordentlich gehalten wird.

I will be away for the whole month of August. For this period I am looking for either a couple or a woman to rent out my apartment to. The flat is beautifully lit and keeps cool on hot days. The Kitchen is completely equipped with everything one would need, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. You can enjoy a quick break on the cozy balcony with a nice view of the backyard. Cleanliness and order is an important aspect for me.
Die Lage finde ich persönlich prima! 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist eine Bußhaltestelle, die in 5 Min. den Scheidplatz erreicht, auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes ist eine Tramhaltestelle zu finden, die Tram wird in 5 Min. an der Münchner Freiheit sein, zum Olympiapark dauert es 15 Min. mit dem Fahrrad, ähnliche Distanz ist auch zum Englischen Garten, also sehr gut angebunden.

The location is top! 3 minutes away is a bus stop that brings you to Scheidplatz in 5 Min. where a lot of metro lines go. On the other side of the building, there is a tram stop, when riding the tram from there, you reach the Münchner Freiheit in 5 minutes. Olympiapark is 15 minutes away by bike, and a similar distance is the English Garden.
