Wegen Relocation vermiete ich meine schöne Wohnung in der Nähe vom Hirschgarten ab 15.9. (evtl. früher) für ein Jahr. Ein langfristiges Mietverhältnis nach dem Jahr ist evtl. möglich, das werde ich Mitte 2022 wissen. Die Wohnung ist möbiliert und besteht aus einem großen, hellen Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einem Arbeitszimmer, einer kleinen Wohnküche (voll ausgestattet) und einem Bad (mit Waschmaschine).
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden - 5-10 Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn Hirschgarten oder U-Bahn Westendstraße, Bus und Tram vor der Tür. Mehrere Restaurants, Bäckereien, Supermärkte und Cafés in der Nähe. Der Hirschgarten ist die näheste Parkanlage / Biergartenmöglichkeit, mit dem Rad ist man auch schnell im Schlosspark Nyphenburg oder im Westpark.
Die Wohnung wird nur möbiliert vermietet. Der bestehende Internetanschluss (36 EUR monatlich) kann bei Wunsch übernommen werden, ist aber keine Bedingung.
