Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gepflegten Haus (4 Parteien) in einer ruhigen Gegend - Ein- und Zweifamilienhäuser - und befindet sich im 2. OG eines Hauses (Baujahr 1989). Ausrichtung: Südosten, die nächste Busstation ist Pilsenseestrasse (Bus 63)
