Hallo Zusammen,
eine spanische Bekannte (Vicky) von mir zieht zurück in die Heimat und sucht einen Nachmieter für ihre 3- Zimmer Wohnung in Trudering.
Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich frei nach Vereinbarung, d.h. bei Bedarf ist der Einzug auch ggf. schon im Januar möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Truderinger Strasse. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 100m entfernt. Zur U-Bahn Kreilerstrasse sind es 700m.
Ein PKW Stellplatz kann für 8 EUR gemietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist renoviert und komplett möbliert mit:
- Küchenmöbeln
- Spülmaschine
- Waschmaschine
- 4 Schränke
- 3 Bürotische + Stühle
- 1 Esstisch + 4 Stühle
- 1 Fernsehschrank
- 1 (Kinder-) Etagenbett
Die Möbel sind vier Monate alt und können für 1600 EUR übernommen werden (ca. halber Einstandspreis)
