wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere 2-Zimmer- Wohnung in Trudering
Kurz zu der Wohnung:
- frei ab sofort
- Warmmiete 890€ (Strom 40€ pauschal monatlich)
- 42qm
- Erdgeschoss
- KVR ist möglich für max. 2 Personen
- nicht WG-geeignet da das Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist
- 5min zu Bus 194, danach noch 5min zu Trudering Bahnhof
- 8min zu Rewe, 10min zu Edeka und Netto
- wir möchte gerne einige Möbel in der Wohnung stehen lassen, wenn wir ausziehen Diese wären: Kleiderschrank, Küchenschrank, Fernsehregal, Vitrine, Kühlschrank, Ofen, Waschmaschine, Trockner und das Sofa. Für alles zusammen hätte ich gerne noch 1000€. Diese haben wir vorher vom Vormieter abgelöst und möchten auch hier bleiben lassen.
