Hallo,
da wir nach Köln gehen, müssen wir leider diese schöne Wohnung aufgeben.
Das Highlight ist die große, helle Wohnküche. Das größere Zimmer wird im Moment als Wohnzimmer genutzt, das kleinere als Schlafzimmer (sehr ruhig, weil hinten raus. Die Straße vorne ist aber auch sehr ruhig!). Generell sind die Zimmer aber auch als WG zu benutzen. Im Bad ist eine Badewanne, sonst ganz normal.
Geheizt und gekocht wird im Moment mit Gas.
Die Lage ist super, eine Minute bis zum Aasee, mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 Minuten in die Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufpark, Netto, Bäcker) auch direkt in der Nähe.
Für Strom und Heizung bezahlen wir im Moment etwa 80€ im Monat. Alles in allem also etwa 530€ Gesamtkosten pro Monat.
