Hallo! Ich bin Graysi und komme aus Spanien. Leider muss ich frühzeitig nach Madrid zurückkehren und deshalb mein schönes Studio in Münster verlassen.
Es handelt sich um ein abgeschlossenes und komplett eingerichtetes Apartment mit Bett und Matratze, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Esstisch und Hocker, Kochnische mit zwei Ceran-Kochfeldern, Mikrowelle, Spüle und Kühlschrank, großem Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC sowie jeder Menge Einbauschränke, Regale und Kleiderschränke und natürlich Beleuchtung.

WARM MIETE beträgt 610EUR und und beinhaltet die Nutzung der Turnhalle, des Arbeitszimmers und der Gemeinschaftsräume.

Die Waschmaschine befinden sich im Keller.

Hello! I am Graysi and I am from Spain. Unfortunately, I have to return to Madrid early and therefore leave my beautiful studio in Münster.
It is a self-contained and fully furnished flat with bed and mattress, desk and chair, dining table and stools, kitchenette with two ceramic hobs, microwave, sink and fridge, large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and lots of built-in cupboards, shelves and wardrobes and of course lighting.

WARM RENT is 610EUR and includes use of the gym, study room and common areas.

The washing machine is in the basement.
