Hallo liebe Suchende,
spontan haben meine Mitbewohnerin und ich etwas Neues gefunden und geben daher unsere schöne und helle 3 Zimmer Wohnung auf.
Die Wohnung hat wie schon gesagt 3 Zimmer, die größenmäßig so verteilt sind 11qm/21qm/26qm. Die Wohnung wurde im letzten Sommer saniert und hat ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche, sowie einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist in Zentrumsnähe und hat alles, was man braucht direkt nebenan. Außerdem braucht man zu Fuß nur 5 min zum Bahnhof.
Eine Küche ist dabei und muss günstig übernommen werden - hat aber auch eine Spülmaschine. Der Boden im Zimmer mit 21qm wurde erst im April von uns gelegt und muss auch günstig übernommen werden.
