Ich biete meine Wohnung gegenüber des Leonardo Campus vom 17.02. - 13.03.2019 zur Zwischenmiete an - Zeitraum ggf +/-.
Die Wohnung ist 45 m² groß und voll möbliert. Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht zur Straße gelegen, sodass man vom Verkehr nicht gestört wird.
TV und Sofa befinden sich in der Wohnküche sowie ein weiteres TV im Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt ggü. vom Leonardo Campus.
Hier fahren die Buslinien R 72, R 73 sowie 16 in einer Minute Entfernung in Richtung HBF.
Mit dem Bus dauert es 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof, mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls.
Zwar ist die Wohnung an einer vierspurigen Straße gelegen, dafür befindet sich unmittelbar hinter dem Haus ein Naturschutzgebiet.
