Ich such ab sofort Nachmieter für meine Wohnung, des Weiteren sind Küche (Preis VB), Bad (Badewanne) und ein Balkon vorhanden. Die drei, sehr hellen Zimmer sind mit einem schönen, alten Parkettfußboden ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist definitiv das knapp 20qm große Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch ein Durchgangszimmer zu erreichen, welches optimal als Büro, Hobbyraum o.ä. genutzt werden kann, somit schließt sich eine WG aus.
Die Lage ist super zentral, (Ecke Leostr. /Frie-Vendt-Str) Hansa-, Südviertel als auch die Innenstadt sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Zudem befindet sich eine Straße weiter ein Supermarkt, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Da ich schon ausgezogen bin, suche ich zeitnah einen Nachmieter! Für den Vermieter sollte ein regelmäßiges Einkommen vorhanden und nachweisbar sein. Bitte keine WG Anfrage, da diese für den Vermieter nicht in Frage kommen.
