Hallo,
wir ziehen leider zum 1.2. und 29.2. aus unserer schönen Wohnung im Studentinnenwohnheim an der Scharnhorststraße aus.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein ca. 23qm und ein ca. 15qm großes Zimmer, eine pantry Küche und ein Duschbad (also perfekt für eine WG).
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 760€, alle Nebenkosten sind darin enthalten (Gas, Wasser, Strom und auch Internet).
Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch ihre wunderbare Lage aus. Unweit entfernt von der Innenstadt, dem Aasee und vielen Uni Gebäuden liegt sie in der Scharnhorststraße direkt hinter der Mensa am Aasee. Durch die tolle Lage ist alles wichtige sehr gut fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
Trotz Innenstadt Nähe ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen und schnell im Grünen.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es um eine WG im Studentinnenwohnheim. Hier besteht die Möglichkeit einer WG Neugründung. Allerdings wird das erste Zimmer zum 31.1.21 und das zweite Zimmer zum 28.2.2021 frei.
