Wir ziehen aus, weil es uns etwas aus der Stadt herauszieht, wir ziehen nach Hiltrup und vergrößern uns etwas. Die Wohnung ist 2014 komplett renoviert worden,ist daher im super Zustand! Geeignet ist sie für ein Paar oder eine 2er WG, nur Einkommensnachweise von euch oder euren Eltern (z. B.bei Studenten) ist unserer Vermieterin wichtig. Hier lebt es sich schön und ruhig, die Atmosphäre im Haus ist toll,solange nicht ständig Parties gefeiert werden.
Verkehrsanbindungen und Parkmöglichkeiten sind super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur ca. 300m entfernt. Sowohl die Nachbarn als auch die Umgebung sind recht ruhig, was wir sehr mögen :)
