Wir ziehen aus und würden gerne schon zu Anfang Mai 2018 aus dem Vertrag raus. Grundsätzlich müssten wir Küche, Tapeten und Laminat mitnehmen. Wenn Du uns das ersparst und die Wohnung einfach übernimmst, stehen Deine Chancen gut. Abschlag ist Verhandlungsbasis.
Ruhige Lage mit jungen Mietern in der Nachbarschaft. Kleiner Garten hinter dem Haus :-)
Strom haben wir 35 euro pro Monat bezahlt, Gas um die 42 €/Monat.
UPDATE: Ich habe die genauen Mietkosten eingetragen. Die Miete wird laut Vermieter voraussichtlich so bleiben.
Besichtigung am besten bis 9.4.18. Danach bin ich weniger flexibel.
