Fußbodenheizung mit Thermostat in gesamter Wohnung. Die Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Gasherd und Kühlschrank mit Gerfrierfach voll ausgestattet. Kellerraum ist vorhanden, außerdem gibt es einen gemeinsamen Raum in dem pro Wohnung eine Waschmaschine angeschlossen werden kann und Platz für Wäschespinnen ist.
Direkt vorm Haus gibt es einen Autostellplatz der für 25 € angemietet werden kann.
Das halten von Haustieren muss mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden, sollte aber kein Problem sein.
Ein Garten ist nicht vorhanden aber man kann sich im Sommer trotzdem ganz gut mit n paar Stühlen nach draußen setzten.
Das Haus steht im Viertel Geist und ist vom Bahnhof und der Innenstadt je ca. 15 min entfernt. Ca 5 min entfernt liegen ein Rewe und ein Hit, die beide gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar sind. Zu Fuß ca 50m entfernt ist ein Bäcker. Eine Bushaltestelle mit den Linien 4 und 7 ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Außerdem sind eine Poststelle, Kreissparkasse, Volksbank und Apotheke zu Fuß erreichbar.
