Wir suchen einen / mehrere sympathische Zwischenmieter für unsere schöne Wohnung im Kreuzviertel (1.-31.3.19). Die Wohnung ist hell und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet (WaMa, Trockner, komplette Küchenausstattung, Saugroboter :)).
Die Wohnung hat neben dem großen Bad (siehe Bilder) auch noch ein Gäste-WC.
Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Kreuzviertel (Nähe Nordplatz). Der Bus hält direkt um die Ecke, man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung ist im Moment für eine Familie optimal geeignet, aber ist auch WG-geeignet (1 Doppelbett, 1 Schlafcouch, 1 Doppelstockbett). Das Babyzimmer würden wir teilweise nach Bedarf noch freiräumen.
