Wir haben 2 geschlossene Zimmer.
Das größere Zimmer (>16qm) benutzen wir als Schlafzimmer und das kleinere als Arbeitszimmer.
Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und eine an das Wohnzimmer angrenzende Küche
Wir haben auch eine Tiegarage mit eigenem Stellplatz und Keller.

Wir wohnen im ersten Stock (mit Fahrstuhl) in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke von Mauritz in Münster. Ich würde sogar soweit gehen und sagen, dass wir noch keine Mieter in unserem Alter getroffen haben.
Zur Lage:
Wir haben 4 min Fußweg bis zur Bushaltestelle St. Margareta Kirche.
5min Fußweg zum Edeka- Netto ist 100 m weiter.
Mit dem Fahrrad fährt man max 15min bis in die Stadt.
Sonstiges:
Die Wohnung hat definitiv ihren Preis, ich würde allerdings nicht zu schnell urteilen und mir das erstmal ansehen.
Ich stehe für alle Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung.
