Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Nähe zur Innenstadt und bietet gleichzeitig – durch die direkte Lage zum Aasee – Freizeit- & Erholungsmöglichkeiten (Joggen am Aasee, Sportplatz Sentruper Höhe, Zoo, etc.).
