Hallo zusammen,
meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung wird zum 01.08.2023 zur Zwischenmiete frei. Ich werde vom 01.08.2023 - 31.10.2023 ein Praktikum in Berlin machen und möchte deshalb meine Wohnung zwischenvermieten.
Die 570€ Gesamtmiete beinhaltet auch die Nebenkosten sowie die Kosten für Strom und das Internet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und wird möbliert übergeben.
Die Küche ist soweit gut ausgestattet und beinhaltet einen Herd mit vier Kochplatten, einen Backofen und eine Mikrowelle, die ich da lassen würde.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Münster-Geist. Zu Fuß sind es 1-2min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle und der nächste Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit (ca. 750m) entfernt. Zur Stadt sind es ca. 2,5km.
PS: Beim Einzug wird eine Kaution in Höhe von 987€ fällig, die bei dem Auszug (sofern alles weiterhin in einem guten Zustand ist) erstattet wird.
