Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock. Die Zimmer sind einzeln vom Flur aus zugänglich und frisch renoviert. 3 Zimmer sind 17qm groß, eines ist 15qm groß. Es kann eine Möblierung mit Bett, schrank und Tisch erfolgen, falls dies gewünscht wird. Die Küchenzeile ist neu eingerichtet. Spülmaschine oder Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Im Bad ist ein Waschmaschinenanschluss. Das Bad verfügt nur über eine Dusche.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Dorfmitte. Die nächsten Einkaufmöglichkeiten(Metzger bzw.Bäcker) sind 5 min entfernt, Lebensmittelgeschäft ca.10 min. Am Ort gibt es ein Allegemeinarztpraxis, eine Zahnarztpraxis und eine Apotheke. Das Dorf besitzt einen Bahnhof an der Bahnstrecke Treuchtlingen-Würzburg. Der Bahnhof ist von der Wohnung ist ca. 8min entfernt.
Der Garten ist sehr ruhig und abgeschlossen und kann mitbenutzt werden.Ein Grill ist vorhanden. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Ferienwohnung, die von Zeit zu Zeit vermietet wird.
Wir wünschen uns Nichtraucher in der Wohnung und auch Haustiere erlauben wir nicht.
