I'm moving abroad for 3 months and would like to subrent my appartment, which has separate kitchen (ca.7 m2), bathroom and bedroom (ca. 18 m2). This apartment is located in the heart of Bottendaal and is 3 min bike away from central station, 5 min from city center and ca. 5 min from Radboud university (see map). Perfectly suits for a person who's looking for temporary place for summer in Nijmegen. 460 eu. incl.
Preference would be given to a working adult or PhD (m or f), however student is also welcome, if he/she is a clean and quiet person (due to the neighbours). Parties inside the apartment are not allowed, but there are a lots of bars and nice park on the corner for spending time with the friends.
