Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2013 komplett saniert und ist in sehr gutem Zustand.
Sie besteht aus 2 Wohnräumen, einem Bad mit Badewanne, einer Küche (Einbauküche vorhanden) und hat einen großen Balkon.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Keller und nur eine Etage über der Wohnung befindet sich ein Wäscheboden, der genutzt werden kann.
Es ist ebenfalls möglich einen PKW-Stellplatz zu erhalten.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Nordhausen in der Nähe vom Nordbrand.
Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg und die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen (Haltestelle "Nordbrand" oder "Auf dem Sand") sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Die Fachhochschule ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung gehört der WbG Südharz und wird durch diese vermietet. Eine Anmeldung bei der Genossenschaft ist zwingend notwending.
Auf diesem Wege wird nur ein Nachmieter gesucht.
