Hallo Leute,
da ich für einen Monat verreise, biete ich meine zurzeit noch etwas sperrig eingerichtete 3-Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Ich bin selbst erst vor kurzem eingezogen. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 70 qm.
Sie hat ein 140 x 200 cm Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und ein Nachtkästchen. Im Wohnzimmer ist noch ein großes Ecksofa.
In der Küche ist eine komplette Küchenzeile mit Herd, Spülmaschine, Ofen, Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Das Bad hat eine Dusche, ein WC, Waschbecken und einen Spiegelschrank.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Innenstadt, mit der Tram 8 oder 9 braucht ihr keine 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Im Haus ist auch im EG eine türkische Bäckerei, 10m entfernt die Norma, sowie die REWE. Also Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch zu Fuß super erreichbar.
Dieses Schmuckstück biete ich für den Zeitraum für 300 Euro komplett an.
