Schöne, große und helle Zimmer mit Dielenboden, die viele Möglichkeiten zur Gestaltung geben. Die Wohnung wurde komplett saniert und verfügt über eine neue Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine sowie großer Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi. Die Zimmer sind möbliert, wenn auch nicht übermäßig, da ich selbst wenig Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht habe.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn Rothenburger Str und Plärrer. In der Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Lidl/Norma und Bio-Läden. Die Innenstadt ist in ca 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung wurde Anfang des Jahres komplett neu saniert, es wird voraussichtlich in August ein Balkon angebaut. Die Küche ist nicht üppig, aber voll ausgestattet (mit Spülmaschine ;-))
Waschmaschine und Badewanne sind auch vorhanden, sowie eine separate Gästetoilette.
