Meine schöne und ruhige Wohnung in Rosenaunähe wird frei! Sie ist richtig schön hell und trotz Nähe zum Plärrer (2-3 min zur U-Bahn) sehr schön ruhig. Sie hat 2 kleine Zimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und große Küche. Küche bleibt drin und benötigt keine Ablöse. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für ein Paar oder eine 2-er WG. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist nett und ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon (Nord-Ost) und einen Innenhof.
Ggf auch früherer Einzug möglich.
Vermietung läuft über eine Verwaltung, war eigentlich immer unkompliziert. Die möchten gern Selbstauakunft, Schufa (request now) -Auskunft und 3 aktuelle Gehaltszettel..
Super Lage! Ganz nah am Plärrer zur U-Bahn (und von dort in 2-3 min zum HBF) und ganz in der Nähe sind die wunderschöne Rosenau und die Pegnitz.
Der kleine Bio und nah-Bioladen ist nebenan, zur Norma in der Willstraße ist es auch nicht weit.
