Die Wohnung wird komplett neu vermietet. Sie hat drei Zimmer (ein kleines und zwei große, plus Küche und Bad) und einen schönen Holzboden (Dielen). Die Küche ist soweit komplett ausgestattet (Herd, Spüle, Schränke, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine) und kann so (for free) übernommen werden. Das Bad ist neu, hell gefliesst und hat ein Dachfenster. Dachboden/Kellerabteil und Farradkeller sind vorhanden.
Von der Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers (Couchecke, TV, Regal) könnte der Großteil (for free) übernommen werden.
Ansonsten hat man hier einen super Ausblick und wohnt in einem ruhigen Haus. Sollte also keine Party-Wohnung werden (das Haus an sich ist aber nicht hellhörig).
Supermärkte, Apotheke usw. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die U1 Haltestelle Frankenstraße ist zu Fuß 5 Min entfernt (Tram 8 auch). Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten auch am Hauptbahnhof.
Zum Entspannen ist direkt um die Ecke der Hummelsteiner Park und in einer Viertelstunde seid ihr zu Fuß am Dutzendteich.
Wenn Du Interesse hast, schreib uns einfach eine kurze Mail mit den wichtigsten Daten (was du gerade machst, wie lange du hier planst zu wohnen usw.). Besichtigungen sind vor allem abends und am Wochenende kein Problem und kurzfristig machbar.
