Die Wohnung ist schön ruhig gelegen und für ein bis zwei Personen super geeignet. Das 4. OG ist die letzte Etage. Der Ausblick von Balkon aus geht ins Grüne. Das Bad verfügt über eine Wanne und hat ein Fenster. Vom Flur aus betritt man das Wohnzimmer. Von dort aus kommt man ins Schlafzimmer, das in den grünen Innerhof gerichtet ist. Vom Flur geht auch die Kuche ab. Diese ist komplett eingerichtet, inklusive Spülmaschine.
Bis zur U1 / Gemeinschaftshaus läuft man 5 Minuten. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist daher fsehr gut. In Frankenzentrum gibt es alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Das Frankenzentrum erreicht man ebenfalls in 5 Minuten. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Hallenbad. Mit dem Auto in die Stadt sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Die Autobahn A9 Anschlussstelle Fischbach ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
