Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, ultrazentral (Fußgängerzone wenige Schritte weg) und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Vom Schlafzimmer überblickt man eine Grünanlage, dann kommt die Stadtmauer. Das zweite Zimmer ist ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche (diese ist allerdings durch eine Mauer getrennt). Das Bad ist weiß/blau gefließt, Badewanne vorhanden, sowie Waschmaschine. Ich mehme ein halbes Jahr "Sabbatical" und werde durch Afrika reisen, deshalb möchte ich die Wohnung gerne untervermieten. Ich lasse alle Möbel, Bett, Sofa und Kücheneinrichtung da.
Die restlichen Hausbewohnerinnen (3 an der Zahl) sind super-nett. Unten im Haus ist ein Cafe (allerdings abends völlig geräuschlos;).
