Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Lorenz direkt beim Kino in einer sehr guten und zentralen Lage. Von den insgesamt 47qm entfallen jeweils 15,5qm auf die beiden Zimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet bis auf einen Kühlschrank. Der Boden in den beiden Zimmer ist vor nicht einmal zwei Jahren neu gelegt worden. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für eine 2er-WG, aber lässt sich auch als normale Wohnung nutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 5min zu Fuß jedoch findet man auch eine S-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Zur WISO als auch zur OHM Hochschule sind es 10min zu Fuß. In direkter Nähe befindet sich die Wöhrder Wiese zum laufen oder entspannen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist auch in nur 5min erreichbar. Das Cinecittà, mehrere Biergärten und jede menge Bars sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
