Hallo alle zusammen,
da ich und mein Freund aus unserer wunderschönen, zentralen Wohnung ausziehen, suchen wir für beide Zimmer jeweils einen Nachmieter.
Die zwei Zimmer werden einzeln vermietet, d.h. es gibt für jedes Zimmer einen Mietvertrag.
Beide Zimmer sind möbliert, mit je einem schönen großen Schreibtisch, Regal, geräumigen Kleiderschrank, Bett, Stuhl etc. Das eine Zimmer hat zwei Fenster(C003), das andere eins (C004). Beide Zimmer sind Richtung Mauer gerichtet,
daher ist es sehr leise und angenehm.

Hello everybody,
since my boyfriend and I are moving out of our beautiful, central apartment, we are looking for a new tenant for each room.The two rooms are rented separately, so each room has a tenant contract.
Both rooms are furnished, each with a nice big desk, shelf, a spacious closet, bed, chair etc. One room has two windows(C003), one room (c004) has one window. Since both rooms face the city wall, it is very quiet and pleasant.
Das Studentenwohnheim Palmenhof liegt direkt im Zentrum: die U-Bahnstation Weißer Turm ist nur ca. 5min entfernt, genauso wie die S-Bahnstation Obere Turnstraße.
Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig, die Gemeinschaftsräume sind auf den Hof ausgerichtet und das Zimmer auf die angrenzende Stadtmauer.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in dieser top Lage natürlich viele: Rewe (ca.6min), Aldi (10min), Bioladen (7min),…

The student residence Palmenhof is located directly in the city center: the underground station Weißer Turm is only 5 minutes away, as is the S-Bahn station Obere Turnstraße.
Nevertheless, it is very quiet, the common rooms are oriented to the courtyard and the room itself to the adjoining city wall.
Of course there are many shopping possibilities in this top location: Rewe (ca.6min), Aldi (10min), organic shop (7min),..
Wie man auf den Bildern sieht, gibt es einen Innenhof.Die zwei Tischen und Bänke, sowie der Grill, können von jedem benutzt werden. Gerade im Sommer werden dort öfter gemütliche Grillabende zusammen verbracht. Auch die ein oder andere Wohnheimsparty wurde dort schon abgehalten.
Zudem besitzt der Palmenhof noch Gesellschaftsräume, mit je einem Billardtisch und einen Kickertisch!
Auf jeder Etage gibt es jeweils eine große Gemeinschaftsküche mit anschließenden Balkon, wo man gemütlich mit Freunden zusammen kochen und/oder einfach beisammen sitzen kann.
Da es ein Studentenwohnheim ist: bitte nur Anfragen von Studenten aus Nürnberg und Umgebung!
In der Kaltmiete sind schon Warmwasser, Wlan und die Heizkosten (perfekt für kalte Deutschland Wetter: es gibt eine Heizflatrate ;)) enthalten. Die 30 Euro Nebenkosten sind Strom. Gesamtmiete beträgt daher 301Euro pro Person, also 602 Euro für die gesamte Wohnung.
Wir würden unsere Waschtrockner, unser Sofa, sowie noch kleinere Sachen hierlassen und dafür gerne 450Euro bekommen(durch zwei geteilt, also 225 Euro pro Person).

As you can see on the pictures, there is an inner courtyard. The two tables and benches, as well as the grill, can be used by everyone. Especially in the summer, people often spend cosy barbecue evenings there together. Also one or the other dormitory party has been held there.
In addition, the Palmenhof also has social rooms, each with a billiard table and a soccer table!
On each floor there is a large communal kitchen with an adjoining balcony, where you can cook together with friends and/or just sit together.
Since it is a student residence: please only inquire from students from Nuremberg and the surrounding area!
In the basic rent are already warm water, Wlan and the heating costs (perfect for cold Germany weather: there is a heating flat rate ;)) included. The 30 Euro additional costs are electricity. Total rent is therefore 301 Euro per person, so for the whole apartment is would be 602 Euro.
We would leave our washer-dryer, our sofa, as well as some smaller things here and would like to get 450 Euro for them(divided by two, so 225Euro per person).I am looking forward to hearing from you!
