Mein Mitbewohner und ich ziehen zum 01.10. aus und suchen Nachmieter für die Wohnung. Sie ist absolut WG geeignet und hat sogar ein Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine). Die Waschmaschine kann auf Wunsch übernommen werden und dann ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Die U-Bahn Station und die Busstation Maxfeld sind direkt vor der Haustür. Mit der U-Bahn sind es nur 3 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof von wo aus man überall hinkommt und mit dem Bus braucht man keine 10min in die Altstadt.
Einkaufen gehen kann man entweder im Edeka um die Ecke oder man geht ein paar Schritte mehr zum größeren Rewe.
Ich muss alles mögliche vor meinem Umzug loswerden. Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Fernseher, Couch und Möbel könnte ich auf Wunsch in der Wohnung lassen falls ich es nicht schon vorher auf Ebay verkauft habe. Also schnell sein lohnt sich ;)
Ihr könnt euch gern jederzeit melden und selbstverständlich können wir einen Termin zur Wohnungsbesichtigung ausmachen.
