Die Wohnung liegt schön gelegen 10 gehminuten von der Wöhrter Wiese entfernt, einen super Bäcker gibt es fast nebenan und zum Rewe, Apotheke, Döner usw sind es nur ca 400m.
Der Bus fährt ca 100 m vom Haus entfernt direkt zum HBF (6min fahrt) zur Sbahn haltestelle Dürrenhof läuft man 5 min.
Die Mieter sind alle sehr ruhig man bekommt eig nichts mit von Ihnen außer ab und zu spielende Kinder im hof.
Den sonnigen Hof kann man mitnenutzen. Wäscheaufhängen, Fahrräder abstellen usw. Auch kann man sich ein kleines Tischchen rausstellen und z.b. im Sommer draußen frühstücken.
Die Besichtigungstermine wären zwei Samstage diesen Monat.
