Die Wohnung ist 55 qm groß, liegt im 3. OG und ist relativ ruhig gelegen. (ca. 4 Minuten Fußweg vom Nordostbahnhof). Die Küche ist voll möbliert mit einem Ofen/Herd, einer Spülmaschine, einem großen Tisch + 4 Plastikstühlen und einer Waschmaschine. Dazu gibt es eine kleine Loggia in der Wohnung.
Das größere Zimmer (ca. 15qm) ist sehr hell und ziemlich ruhig in der Nacht. (keine Hauptstraße). Da ich ins Ausland ziehe, bleibt das Zimmer wie folgt möbliert: ein 2x2 m Bett, 1 Schreibtisch, 2 Kommoden, 1 Nachtkästchen, 1 Stehlampe, 1 leeres Pin-board. (siehe Zimmer & begehbarer Kleiderschrank)
Das andere Zimmer (ca.11qm) ist auch sehr hell und bleibt unmöbliert.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt hinter dem Nordostbahnhof (4 min. Fußweg zur Ubahn). Direkt gegenüber gibt es eine Bäckerei, einen Bioladen und eine Apotheke. Zum Mercado (Shopping center), Aldi und Netto sind es auch nur 6-10 min Fußweg. Die Innenstadt ist 4 Ubahn-stationen entfernt (mit dem Fahrrad ca. 15 min) und die Autobahn kann man mit dem Auto in ca. 8 min erreichen. Das Nordostbad (Hallenbad mit kleinem Außenbereich) ist direkt an der Ubahnhaltestelle und den Marienbergpark findet man auch sehr schnell.
Die Wohnung gehört einer Genossenschaft, welche eine Kopie der Gehaltsabrechnung sehen möchte. Für Studenten müssen die Eltern bürgen.
