Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung am Nordostbahnhof zum 15.03.19, der auch die Küche (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd), Waschmaschine und den Boden übernimmt. Die Wohnung gehört der WBG, der angegebene Mietpreis beinhaltet bereits Betriebskosten, zusätzlich Storm/Wasser.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon und ist gut geschnitten. Küche kann als Esszimmer genutzt werden, das Bad und die Toilette sind separat. Großer Keller und Dachboden. Im angehängten Grundriss ist Küche und Abstellraum noch getrennt, die Wand dazwischen gibt es nicht mehr.
