Die Küche ist vollausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine! und alles was das Herz sonst noch begehrt (Besteck,Geschirr, Töpfe alles vorhanden);
Das Schlafzimmer hat ebenso wie das Wohnzimmer Bodentiefe Fenster und ist gemütlich eingerichtet.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich mit großem Esstisch eingerichtet von dort geht ein kleiner Balkon zum ruhigen grünen Innenhof hinaus;
Internet, Telefon und TV-Anschluss sind vorhanden (Kabel Deutschland).
Die Wohnung liegt idyllisch zentral zwischen Hallerwiese und Rosenaupark;
In die Innenstadt ist man zu Fuß ca. 8 min unterwegs.Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Hallertor ist ca. 6 Gehminuten entfernt;
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Rewe, Marktkauf, Bioladen auch Laufnähe (Plärrer ca. 10 min entfernt).
Zum Joggen laden die Pegnitzauen ein, die man in ca. 7 min erreicht.
Die Wohnung kann jederzeit abends ab 18h besichtigt werden
