- Es gibt einen großen Flat Screen. Da ich allerdings nur Netflix / Amazon Prime schaue, gibt es keine „normalen“ TV-Sender
- Es gibt ein weiteres, kleines Zimmer. Dieses würde ich nutzen, um meine persönlichen Gegenstände zu lagern
- Ich werde Kleiderschränke etc. weitestgehend frei räumen, aber einige meiner persönlichen Gegenstände werden in den Zimmern bleiben
- Die angegebene Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Wasser etc., nur Internet ist nicht beinhaltet)
- Handtücher und Bettwäsche können ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt werden
- Ich vermiete nur an Nichtraucher
- Keine Haustiere
- Die Wohnung kann auch für einen kürzeren Zeitrahmen angemietet werden, aber mind. für 2 Monate
- Kaution: 1,5 Monatsmieten
Additional information:
- My internet contract is ending, if you wish to have WIFI I am happy to renew the contract, rent would increase accordingly
- There is a big flat screen but since I only watch Netflix or Amazon prime I dont have the "usual" TV chanels
- There is an additional, small room. I will use this room to store some of my personal belongings
- I will remove clothes from the closet etc. but some of my personal belongings will remain in the rooms
- Rent includes costs for energy, water etc. but no internet
- If required, I can provide towels and linen
- Only non smokers, please!
- No pets
- You can rent the apartment for less than 4 months, min. stay is 2 months however
- Deposit: 1,5x monthly rent
