Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen nur selten in Nürnberg bin, meine schöne Wohnung dort aber nicht aufgeben möchte, suche ich eine/n Wochenendheimfahrer/in zur Untermiete.
Ich selbst bin an ca. 1-2 Wochenenden im Monat in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Nürnberger Altstadt im 3. Stock (ohne Aufzug) und hat einen Balkon (Laubengang) der mit der freundlichen Nachbarin geteilt wird. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, verfügt über ein separates Bad mit Badewanne und eine Küche mit Gasherd und Waschmaschine.
