Die beiden Zimmer sind in etwa gleich groß, daher ist die Wohnung auch für die Nutzung als WG geeignet (wurde mehrere Jahre so genutzt).
Highlights: Bad mit Badewanne, separates WC, Küche (Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, E-Herd und Geschirrspüler kann bei Interesse übernommen werden), Balkon mit Blick auf die Burg (!), Keller- und Dachbodenanteil.
Stellplatz im Hof kann auf Anfrage angemietet werden.
Toplage in der Nürnberger Altstadt zwischen Rathenauplatz und Hauptmarkt (jeweils 5 Minuten zu Fuß).
