Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer, 40m2 Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Bad und eine schöne kleine Küche. Dadurch sind Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aber relativ groß geschnitten. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten, renovierten Zustand, hat einen Balkon und eine Einbauküche die ich gerne für 1.200€ an meinen Nachmieter ablösen würde (Eingebaut 2014, ursprünglicher Preis 3.850€). Kaltmiete inkl. zahle ich 460€. Für Strom und Gas sind es ca. 120€ im Monat. Ich suche meinen Nachmieter bis Mitte Oktober oder Anfang November.

Hervorragende Lage in netter Nachbarschaft, mitten in Nürnberg 90403, Sebald. Sehr ruhig gelegen in einer kleinen Gasse sind es nur max. 5 Gehminuten zum Hauptmarkt.
