Ich suche für meine schöne, komplett möbelierte Wohnung in St. Johannis eine Untermiete für Januar 2023. Über Einzugs- / Auszugsdatum können wir auf jeden Fall sprechen, falls die Wohnung etwas früher / länger benötigt wird.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt geschnitten, es gibt ein großes, sehr helles Wohnzimmer mit bodentiefen Fenstern. Außerdem einen halb überdachten Balkon, weshalb man auch im Winter bei Sonnenschein schon draußen sitzen kann. Schlafzimmer mit ebenfalls bodentiefen Fenstern, mit komplett verdunkelbaren Rollos.
Küche und Badezimmer sind voll ausgestattet (Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden), es gibt eine Abstellkammer.

I am looking for a sublease for my beautiful, fully furnished apartment in St. Johannis for January 2023. We can talk about move-in / move-out date, if the apartment is needed a little earlier / longer.
The apartment is perfectly cut, there is a large, very bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition, a half-covered balcony, where you can sit comfortably outside in wintersun. Bedroom with also floor-to-ceiling windows, with complete blackout blinds.
Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped (dishwasher and washing machine available), there is a storage room.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Johannis, günstig gelegen zur UBahn Haltestelle Klinikum Nord (U3) und den SBahnen (Linie 4 und 6).
Besonders schön ist, dass man sehr schnell an den Pegnitzauen im Grünen ist, Jogging und Radstrecken sind in weniger als 5 Minuten in der Natur zu erreichen.
Jeden Dienstag und Samstag ist ein Wochenmarkt in 2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen, dort gibt es viele günstige regionale Angebote.
Supermärkte (REWE und Norma) sind im direkten Umfeld, außerdem gibt es eine spanische TapasBar an der Straßenecke.

The apartment is located in the district Johannis, conveniently located to the subway stop Klinikum Nord (U3) and the suburban trains (line 4 and 6).
Especially nice is that you are very quickly at the Pegnitzauen in the countryside, jogging and biking trails are less than 5 minutes away in nature.
Every Tuesday and Saturday there is a weekly market in 2 minutes walking distance, there are many cheap regional offers.
Supermarkets (REWE and Norma) are close by, there is a Spanish TapasBar at the street corner.
