The apartment is on the second floor of a old building (there is no elevator) and right next to the ubahn st leonhard station, it is very spacious (65 m2) and has three bedrooms (or two bedrooms + living room, as you wish), hallway, kitchen and bathroom. in front of the building there are free parking lots and around it too. The apartment has many windows and therefore has a lot of lighting, it has telephone and cable internet. it has hot water both in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

The rent is 630 warm, you need your own energy contract. For family reasons, unfortunately I have to go on trips, that is why I cannot stay in the apartment, for this same reason I offer some things inside at a price of € 200 but it’s not necessary that you buy the things.

The things included are the following: stove, refrigerator, oven, kitchen table, two beds, washing machine, sofa, sofa table and other small things. If you wish you can just buy the things you need and we can agree on the price or you can just don’t buy anything 🤷🏽‍♂️ (Although I recommends you get at least the kitchen things because if you bring new things it will be really expensive and you will need a lot of time)
