Hallo :)
Da ich im kommenden Semester aufgrund eines Praktikums nicht in Nürnberg bin, suche ich einen passenden Zwischenmieter für meine schöne 40qm Wohnung für den Zeitraum Juli/August bis März (nach Absprache)
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Ein helles, großes Schlaf-/ Arbeitszimmer und ein weiteres Zimmer, dass ich als Wohnzimmer nutze, hier steht ein kleines Sofa& Fernseher und eine Gästematratze (hier könnte Theoretisch auch ein zweiter Unterkommen) In den Zimmern ist Laminat verlegt. Die Küche ist nagelneu und voll ausgestattet, sogar eine Single-Spülmaschiene für faule Leute ist enthalten ;) Die Wohnung vermiete ich nur komplett möbliert, alles private räume ich natürlich aus. Einen Eindruck könnt ihr euch ja von den Bildern verschaffen.

Die Wohnung ist im Stadtteil Steinbühl und ist nur 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Norma, DM, Fristo, GandiShop ;) etc.) sind fußläufig in 5 Min erreichbar.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist auch super! Vor der Tür ist die Haltestelle „Heynestraße“ und die S-Bahnhalte „Steinbühl“ ist auch gleich um die Ecke :)
Die kosten für Strom richten sich nach verbrauch.
